MIRRA's menu is forever changing due to the seasonal flow from different produce that is locally and internationally sourced.
Allen's unique blend of Australian contemporary cuisine with a touch of classical french influence, gives guests a lasting impression of what MIRRA has to offer.
Our menu ranges from tasting canapes, 4 course sit-down meals to feasting, grazing tables, and even simple morning and afternoon tea platters.
“I have a varied background from A la Carte fine dining to outside event catering, contract chef assignments, bulk food production for airlines to name but a few.
I try to not repeat myself on menu items, but some items are so irresistible I must leave them on.
Food is ever changing but thankfully the history of food stands the test of time.
I try to be open minded to all food trends but personally I must question some of the “food fads” that present themselves occasionally.
I believe that being able to source ingredients locally allows the food to speak for itself, I only use enhancing flavours that compliment the raw product as opposed to masking the true taste and flavours.
I try to bring the old with the new to the menu selection here at MIRRA and always hope that people will remember the food offered here
